The 12th International AIDS Society Conference on HIV Science (IAS 2023) is taking place in Brisbane, Australia, and virtually, from 23 to 26 July. NAM aidsmap is delighted to be continuing its partnership with the International AIDS Society as an official scientific media partner for the conference. | ||

The IAS conference is the world’s most influential meeting on HIV research. “The past 40 years of HIV research have taught us that progress happens when science, policy and activism come together. The full IAS 2023 programme is available online, where you can find details of all the sessions, abstracts and exhibitions, and you can read about some of the featured speakers at this year’s conference too. IAS is also holding three pre-meetings – on HIV cure and immunotherapy, HPV-related cancers, and global HIV migration – on 22 July which are open to the public as well as conference delegates. | ||
Sharing knowledge, changing lives | ||
We’ll be reporting on key research presented at IAS 2023, publishing news online and sending out five summary bulletins by email, four during the week of the conference and one the following week. The bulletins will be available in English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian and Italian.
