US-based site on palliative care with many useful links to resources. However, their AIDS links are not particularly focussed in this area. May be best on more general topics such as bereavement, pain relief, symptom management.
Home-based care kit
The Centre for the Study of AIDS at Pretoria University has worked with Family Health International and the SA Department of Health to develop a home-based care kit which provides easily-understood information and materials for symptomatic treatment and care.
