Registration
I am delighted to inform you that registration for NAM’s 2008 Clinical Symposium is now open.  To register your interest, please return the application form on the programme.

Please note spaces for this event are limited, and successful registration will be confirmed in writing by NAM.  

Free event
There is no charge to attend the symposium but we require a £50 returnable deposit, to accompany your registration, to secure your place.  Deposits can be made by cheque or debit/credit cards, (we are unable to accept deposits made by BACS transfers). 

The deposit will be held by NAM, (no money will be deducted from any card details given) and any cheques will be returned to you in the week following the event.  However if you do not attend or if you cancel your place with less then 24 hours notice we will bank the deposit. If you do not receive your confirmation please contact us to check if you have been awarded a place.

Arrival
Registration will take place from 9.30am.  The meeting will start promptly at 10am.
